Helen O'Grady Drama Academy has begun the project "Let's Read" under the mentorship of Arma Tanović Branković and Šejla Rizvanbegović. The students were given copies of the books The House on Mango Street, and the next phase was a discussion of each student's dream house/home. The students were then given the task of posing their classmates' bodies in order to create the ideal house. They adapted the drama academy's program to Let's Read in this innovative and creative manner, employing new teaching methods.

The project was also initiated by the Gračanica vocational school. Professor Saida Delić began by working with her students on the biography portion of the materials before moving on to discussions on identity and the introduction of the term vignette. They also established the Bookworms Book Club in order to promote literacy and reading.
READING IS COOL is the club's motto.
We are very happy to hear that students are interested in the book themes and eager to read.

Last week, professor Nadina Dilberović and her student from Peta gimnazija in Sarajevo held the first online discussion on topics from The House on Mango Street. And this week they continued with the book discussion at school.
We are especially glad that Professor Dilberović wrote that the students really like the book topics and are eager to participate in the activities and discussions.
